Description
This device features a 3" x 1" glass slide and coverslip with a counting grid laser-etched into the surface. Both the slide and the coverslip are marked to help ensure correct use. The coverslip's 1 x 1mm grid is divided into one hundred 0.1mm areas and is thin enough to use under high magnification without special adapters or reticles. The slide is dual chambered to allow for two determinations; each chamber has a 20ėm depth that is optimal for cell monolayer formation, unencumbered movement and easy counts and motility assesment.
