Description
A latex agglutination slide test for the qualitative and semi-quantitative test for the determination of serum CRP, an indicator of acute infection and illness. Sure-Vue CRP features a suspension of latex particles coated with anti-human, CRP-specific antibodies. Agglutination occurs with serum that has a CRP concentration greater than six mg/L. Titers of CRP can be determined (mg/L) in serum dilutions using the semi-quantitative technique.Kit contains latex reagent, positive and negative controls, and test cards, sufficient materials to complete 50 tests.
