Description
A lateral-flow, one-step immunoassay for the qualitative detection of Group A Streptococcal antigen from throat swab specimens. Test is intended for use as an aid in the diagnosis of Group A Streptococcal infection.The Sure-Vue Strep A Test consists of a membrane strip coated with rabbit anti-Strep A antibody on the test band region and goat anti-rabbit antibody on the control band region. A colored rabbit anti-Strep A antibody-colloidal gold conjugate pad is placed at the end of the membrane.
