Blue Fluorescent Krylon 11 ounce spray paint offers maximum visibility and safety in the home, office, or shop. Colors glow under ultraviolet (black) light and increase brilliance up to 400 percent. Colors are brightest over a white base coat. Dry to touch in 15 minutes, dry to handle in 2 hours. For use on plaster, glass, paper mache, paper, ceramic, wrought iron, wicker, metal and wood.
